Sometimes language learners have no courage to speak out and practice because they are afraid to lose face when they pronounce words in different accent. &lt;br /&gt;Also, using the dictionary to correct the pronunciation is a good way to go. Especially, the Internet provides more resources for language learners to deploy. Dictionary.com is a great example. It has right definitions of the word, IPA of the word, and even the real pronunciation.
