Lesson 86: Talking about finding an accomodation

James: Hi, long see. How are you
Steve: Hello, I am fine. What about you?

James: Everything is fine here also but where are you busy these days?
Steve: Actually we are asked to vacate this house so I am quite busy searching for a new place.

James: Oh...I see
Steve: Whenever I get time, I take Jane along to see the houses.

James: I understand. One has to keep so many things in mind before we select a house.
Steve: Yeah, the environment is important, then the distance from the office and so many things.

James: We are still in two minds whether to buy a new house or go for a rented one.
Steve: If you can buy a house that would solve this problem forever.

James: Ya, but it's too costly.
Steve: Make your mind, I am sure you will never regret it. Else you will have to do the same exercise every couple of years.
