Hi, how are you?
--Perfect.

I haven't seen you for such a long time. Where had you been all these days?
--Ya...long time...

For the last month I have not met you.
--I had been to Bangalore. (Or I had been to my hometown)

Where had you been all these days? I haven't seen you since last Saturday.
--Actually, I had been tied up with my business.

You look tired, are you not well?
--Yes, I am not well.
Or
--No. I am alright.

Did you consult the doctor?
Or
Why don't you consult the doctor?

How is your mother?
--She is okay.

And how is you grandfather?
--He is not well.
Or
He is not doing well.
